Minister Israel Rodriguez has dedicated his life to mentoring youth, strengthening families, serving communities, and helping individuals discover their God-given purpose through faith, education, leadership, and outreach initiatives.

By-Laws of Church XXV Inc.

Article 1 — Offices

The principal office of the church shall be at 39 South 1st Avenue Suite #10, Mount Vernon, County of Westchester, NY.

The church may also have offices as such other places within or without this state as the trustee may from time to time determine or the Church of the corporation may require.

Article 2 — Purpose · Church XXV Inc. Mission

"Our mission is to faithfully serve as a beacon of light and hope by providing clear direction and compassionate guidance rooted in teaching and love of God."

A copy of the certificate of religious incorporation together with the receipt issued by the State of New York, County of New York, SS: showing the date and payment of the filing fee for the original certificate of incorporation was appended to this statement.

By-Law regulating the conduct and the affairs of the religious corporation, as prepared by Counsel of the religious corporation were adopted and ordered appended thereto.
